We do not permit product returns, exchanges, or replacement. Due to the discounted prices Twixt offers, we can’t take products back, but we do guarantee they’re in working order, and all shipments include insurance, in case of damage during delivery.
In the case of damage caused during shipment, we’ll work with you and the shipping company to make sure you get what you paid back.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer, as they will not accept it.
